All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping Times
We partner with global suppliers to offer you unique products at competitive prices. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and most European countries: 7-25 business days
- Other international destinations: 10-35 business days

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact our support team.

Luvie Fitness is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Orders

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
